The Seneca R-7 School District is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Behavior Technician for the 2025-2026 school year.  This position will serve under the direction of a behavior interventionist and is supervised by the building principal.  Candidates will assist in creating, implementing and tracking behavior interventions with students PK-6.  Other responsibilities include: working 1:1 with students displaying behavioral needs, partnering with teachers to model and teach appropriate SEL and self regulation strategies, staffing and managing building recovery rooms.  RBT certification is preferred, but not required.  Interested applicants should apply online at www.senecar7.com.  Any questions can be directed to Mr. Greg Hatfield-Principal at Seneca Elementary (ghatfield@senecar7.com).
